Cabbage the Super Food

As Americans we don't usually eat cabbage like the rest of the world. Did you know cabbage can be a very good healing food? Before I got married the only way I had cabbage was either coleslaw for my barbecue or hot dogs. Yeah I'm southern deep to the bone. I had no idea cabbage has as many healing aspects as it does. The health benefits of cabbage are Alzheimer's disease, aging, arthritis, constipation, eczema, excess weight, eye disorders, gout, headache, heart diseases, jaundice, rheumatism, scurvy, skin disorders, and stomach ulcers. The newest thing out, is recent studies suggest that cabbage may be in a class by itself. According to the American Association for Cancer Research found that Polish women who ate cabbage and sauerkraut (both can be applied to hot dogs) four or more times a week were 74 percent less likely to develop breast cancer. That's incredible percentage maybe that's why Americans have the highest percentage of breast cancer. There are side effects for this super food it's, flatulence (woo... What's that smell?). All kidding aside I would be more than willing to put with the smell if there are more breasts around. Breast cancer is so awful because it has devastating effects on women both physically and mentally.I hope your truly learned that eating cabbage pays off.Now that we know the importance of cabbage lets eat some and since its spring time.
