• I understand that Evisions Marketing Inc (EngineSeeker) will charge my credit card as stated per invoice and I understand and accept all TERMS and CONDITIONS as listed below for use of the software/traffic or inclusion purchased.
• I understand that a link to the complete list of TERMS and AGREEMENTS are listed on every invoice that is received, and I fully understand, agree and have read the complete TERMS and AGREEMENTS.
• All IP Information Is Logged For Customer Protection and to track your activity.
• I am purchasing Software, Guaranteed Inclusion, Traffic, GOOGLE Ads, Optimization Services (or a combination of all) for promoting the specified domain listed at the time of the order.
• All orders are processed within 24 business hours.
• All orders will receive user names and passwords within 24 business hours. A valid E-mail address must be used to receive your username and password information. If you do not receive your username and password within 24 business hours you must contact us for help.
• Evisions Marketing Inc (EngineSeeker) is providing you a service to advertise my website / domain listed.
• Evisions Marketing Inc (EngineSeeker) is not responsible for any down time of the domain you wish to advertise.
• Evisions Marketing Inc (EngineSeeker) is not responsible for guaranteeing sales and or leads by using our service.
• At certain times, special offers or features may be added at our discretion. These special offers or features will be given at the time of activation of software.

Free Trial Offer

• THE FREE TRIAL OFFER is a 5 Day Trial at no charge, if you upgrade to a Full Version you agree to pay the current activation fee and or additional product costs.
• You will receive user names and passwords within 24 business hours. A valid E-mail address must be used to receive your username and password information.
• If you decide to not continue with the service, you must cancel your account before your free trial ends. You can do this by logging into the interface and clicking on billing to cancel your account, contact us via e-mail by clicking here or by contacting us at 1-888-617-8900.

Software Activation

• If you upgrade to a Full Version you agree to pay the current activation fee and or additional product costs and your activation of services Will be accessible within 24 business hours of purchase.
• All orders will receive user names and passwords within 24 business hours. A valid E-mail address must be used to receive your username and password information.
• Cancellation Of Software will stop the free bonus traffic if applicable. Any traffic sent by search engines or through pre-buy's of Guaranteed Inclusion will continue for the paid term of service.

Guaranteed Inclusion

• Evisions Marketing Inc (EngineSeeker) is not responsible for clients website in events where the server is down or the site is unreachable, in which case traffic will still be delivered, and counted as an impression or hit.

• All GOOGLE AD NETWORK Ads start within 24 business hours, after review to ensure terms are not violated as listed below.
• All GOOGLE AD NETWORK Ads Orders will run for the length of the term that you choose with the option to auto-renew your ad to prevent competition from over riding your ads.
• No sites will be uploaded that contain Casino, Hate Sites, Adult Nature, Pop Ups of any kind or Sound on the landing pages. If this is in violation, the traffic campaign will cease immediately.

Billing

• ALL BILLING is completed at the time of the transaction through Evisions Marketing Inc (EngineSeeker) and will reflect this on your credit card statements.
• SOFTWARE / GUARANTEED INCLUSION / GOOGLE AD NETWORK / TRAFFIC ORDERS are billed at the time of the order and all billing charges as stated per invoice will reflect Evisions Marketing Inc (EngineSeeker) on your credit card statements.

Cancellations and Refunds

• SOFTWARE ACTIVATION - You fully agree to all terms and conditions upon activation of the interface. We log all IP Information for verification.
• GUARANTEED INCLUSION - This fee is nonrefundable as you have secured spots on 260+ engines within our network for 3 or 12 month periods.
• GOOGLE AD NETWORK - This fee is nonrefundable as you have purchased advertising on the GOOGLE AD NETWORK.
• TRAFFIC ORDERS - You may cancel during a campaign, and any UNUSED traffic will be refunded to you at the going rate of purchase, however used traffic is nonrefundable.
• INTERFACE MONTHLY CANCELLATION - You may cancel any auto-billing through the interface or by calling Evisions Marketing Inc at 1-888-617-8900, or by logging into your account. Past usage is nonrefundable.

Legal

• SOFTWARE USAGE - You may only use the interface to promote your specific site, and is licensed to you. In any case that you attempt to resell the software without the written consent of Evisions Marketing Inc your software will be deactivated and all charges are nonrefundable.
• DISTRIBUTION - You may not resell or distribute this service to any other clients without a written agreement and contract with Evisions Marketing Inc (EngineSeeker)
• DISPUTES / CHARGE BACKS - In the event you issue a chargeback to VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER or AMEX all services will stop and you will be locked out of the system to prevent fraud orders of services with no exceptions.
• UNFAIR USAGE - Upon using our service if at any time you pursue a chargeback without trying to resolve the issue with Evisions Marketing Inc. We will provide your CC Company all IP / Client Activity as well as Terms Of Service. We also have the option to send your account to collections to include all charges made, charge back fee's and attorney fee's / court costs in the State Of Arizona. This is only used to prevent abuse of our system.
• LEGAL DISPUTES - In the event of any legal action Vs Evisions Marketing Inc (EngineSeeker) will be held in the District Courts in the State Of Arizona (MARICOPA COUNTY) for resolution. Losing parties will pay attorney fee's, court cost's and any damages that are applicable.
